【摘要】:Lowoperatingtemperaturefuelcellssuchasprotonexchangemembrane(PEM)fuelcellsrequirehighpurityhydrogenformaximummaterialperformanceandlifetime.Analysistopart-per-billion(ppb)concentrationofindividualcationcontaminantssuchaspotassium,sodiumandammoniuminhydrogenandrelatedfuelcellsupplygasesisnecessaryforassuringafeedgasofsufficientpuritytosatisfyfuelcellsystemneeds.Morespecifically,cationssuchasammoniumcausesirreversibleperformancedegradationofprotonexchangemembranesusedinlowtemperaturefuelcellsbyreactingwithprotonsinthemembranetoformammoniumions.Althoughnotintendedforapplicationtogasesotherthanhydrogenandrelatedfuelcellsupplygases,techniqueswithinthistestmethodcanbeappliedtoothergaseoussamplesrequiringcationanalysis.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesaprocedureforthedeterminationofcationsinhydrogenandotherfuelcellfeedgases.Ithasbeensuccessfullyappliedtoothertypesofgaseoussamplesincludingair,engineexhaust,andlandfillsamples.Anionchromatograph/conductivitydetector(IC/CD)systemisusedtodeterminecations.Sensitivityfromlowpartperbillion(ppb,x03BC;g/l,x03BC;g/kg)uptopartpermillion(ppm,mg/l,mg/kg)concentrationareachievabledependantontheamountofhydrogenorotherfuelcellgassampled.Thistestmethodcanbeappliedtoothergaseoussamplesrequiringanalysisoftraceconstituentsprovidedanassessmentofpotentialinterferenceshasbeenaccomplished.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61400specifiesaprocedureformeasuringthepowerperformancecharacteristicsofasinglewindturbineandappliestothetestingofwindturbinesofalltypesandsizesconnectedtotheelectricalpowernetwork.Inaddition,thisstandarddescribesaproceduretobeusedtodeterminethepowerperformancecharacteristicsofsmallwindturbines(asdefinedinIEC61400-2)whenconnectedtoeithertheelectricpowernetworkorabatterybank.Theprocedurecanbeusedforperformanceevaluationofspecificturbinesatspecificlocations,butequallythemethodologycanbeusedtomakegenericcomparisonsbetweendifferentturbinemodelsordifferentturbinesettings.Thewindturbinepowerperformancecharacteristicsaredeterminedbythemeasuredpowercurveandtheestimatedannualenergyproduction(AEP).Themeasuredpowercurveisdeterminedbycollectingsimultaneousmeasurementsofwindspeedandpoweroutputatthetestsiteforaperiodthatislongenoughtoestablishastatisticallysignificantdatabaseoverarangeofwindspeedsandundervaryingwindandatmosphericconditions.TheAEPiscalculatedbyapplyingthemeasuredpowercurvetoreferencewindspeedfrequencydistributions,assuming100%availability.Thestandarddescribesameasurementmethodologythatrequiresthemeasuredpowercurveandderivedenergyproductionfigurestobesupplementedbyanassessmentofuncertaintysourcesandtheircombinedeffects.
