【摘要】:ThistechnicalreportservesasaguideintendedtogiveinformationtotheemployerandtheUSERonthesafeuseoflasersandlaserequipmentclassifiedasclass3Borclass4,fordiagnosticandtherapeuticapplicationsinhealthcarefacilities.However,particularcareshouldbetakenintheuseofclass2andclass3Alaserswherethepatient'snormalaversionresponseiscompromisedorabsent.Thisreportexplainsthecontrolmeasuresrecommendedforthesafetyofpatients,staff,maintenancepersonnelandothers.Engineeringcontrolswhichformpartofthelaserequipmentortheinstallationarealsobrieflydescribedtoprovideanunderstandingofthegeneralprinciplesofprotection.However,detailedspecificationsoflaserequipmentandinstallationcontrolsarenotincludedinthisreport,suchrequirementsbeingseparatelyspecifiedinotherstandards,e.g.see1.2.Thesubjectareascoveredinthisguideinclude-BEAMDELIVERYSYSTEMS;-biologicaleffectsoflaserradiation;-reportingofaccidentsanddangeroussituations;-checklists.Theobjectofthisreportistoenhancetheprotectionofpersonsfromlaserradiationandotherassociatedhazardsbyprovidingguidanceonhowtoestablishsafetyprocedures,precautionsandusercontrolmeasures.
