【摘要】:ThispartofISO10303specifiestheuseoftheintegratedresourcesnecessaryforthescopeandinformationrequirementsfortheexchangeofinformationbetweentheapplicationsthatsupportthedevelopmentprocessofthemechanicalaspectsofautomotivevehicles.NOTETheapplicationactivitymodelinannexFprovidesagraphicalrepresentationoftheprocessesandinformationflowsthatarethebasisforthedefinitionofthescopeofthispartofISO10303.ThefollowingarewithinthescopeofthispartofISO10303:—productsofautomotivemanufacturersandoftheirsuppliers.Theseproductsincludeparts,assembliesofparts,tools,assembliesoftools,andrawmaterials.Theconsideredpartsincludetheconstituentsofthecarbody,ofthepowertrain,ofthechassis,andoftheinterior.Thetoolsincludethosespecifictotheproductsproducedandusedbyvariousmanufacturingtechnologies.EXAMPLE1Typicalmanufacturingtechnologiesare:a)forprimaryshaping:mouldingorcasting;b)fortransforming:bendingorstamping;c)forseparating:millingorturning;d)forcoating:paintingorsurfacecoating;e)forfitting:weldingorriveting.Therawmaterialsincludethoseusedtoproducethepartsorthetools;—processplaninformationdescribingtherelationshipsbetweenpartsandthetoolsusedtomanufacturethemandtomanagetherelationshipsbetweenintermediatestagesofpartortooldevelopment;—productdefinitiondataandconfigurationcontroldataformanaginglargenumbersofvariantsofautomotiveproductsduringthedesignphase;—datadescribingthechangesthathaveoccurredduringthedesignphase,includingtrackingoftheversionsofaproductandofthedatarelatedtothedocumentationofthechangeprocess;
