【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61347specifiesparticularsafetyrequirementsforstartingdevices(startersotherthanglowstartersandignitors)forfluorescentandotherdischargelampsforuseona.c.suppliesupto1000Vat50Hzor60Hzwhichproducestartingpulsesnotgreaterthan100kVandwhichareusedincombinationwithlampsandballastscoveredinIEC60081,IEC60188,IEC60192,IEC60662,IEC60901,IEC61167,IEC61195,IEC61199,IEC61347-2-8andIEC61347-2-9.Itdoesnotapplytoglowstartersorstartingdeviceswhichareincorporatedindischargelampsorwhicharemanuallyoperated.PreheattransformersforfluorescentlampsarecoveredbyIEC61347-2-8.NOTEGlowstartersaredealtwithinIEC60155.Thisstandardrefersonlytostartingdevicesforusewithballastsandlampswhichareinternationallythemostindemand.PerformancerequirementsaregiveninIEC60927.
