【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfordeterminingthetensilestrainhardeningexponentnofflatproducts(sheetandstrip)madeofmetallicmaterials.Themethodisvalidonlyforthatpartofthestress-straincurveintheplasticrangewherethecurveiscontinuousandmonotonic(see7.4).Inthecaseofmaterialswithaserratedstress-straincurveintheworkhardeningrange(materialswhichshowthePortevin-LeChateliereffect,e.g.AlMg-alloys)theautomaticdetermination(linearregressionofthelogarithmtruestressvs.thelogarithmtrueplasticstrain,see7.7)shouldbeusedtogivereproducibleresults.
