【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversdeformedandplainbillet-steelbarsforconcretereinforcementincutlengthsandcoils.Thestandardsizesanddimensionsofdeformedbarsandtheirnumberdesignationsaregivenin.Thetextofthisspecificationreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthespecification.Barsareofthreeminimumyieldlevels:namely,40000[300MPa],60000[420MPa],and75000psi[520MPa],designatedasGrade40[300],Grade60[420],andGrade75[520],respectively.Hot-rolledplainrounds,insizesuptoandincluding2in.[50.8mm]indiameterincoilsorcutlengths,whenspecifiedfordowels,spiralsandstructuraltiesorsupportsshallbefurnishedunderthisspecificationinGrade40[300],Grade60[420],andGrade75[520].Forductilityproperties(elongationandbending),testprovisionsofthenearestsmallernominaldiameterdeformedbarsizeshallapply.Requirementsprovidingfordeformationsandmarkingshallnotbeapplicable.Note1&8212;Weldingofthematerialinthisspecificationshouldbeapproachedwithcautionsincenospecificprovisionshavebeenincludedtoenhanceitsweldability.Whensteelistobewelded,aweldingproceduresuitableforthechemicalcompositionandintendeduseorserviceshouldbeused.TheuseofthelatesteditionofANSI/AWSD1.4isrecommended.Thisdocumentdescribestheproperselectionofthefillermetals,preheat/interpasstemperatures,aswellas,performanceandprocedurequalificationrequirements.1.4Thisspecificationisapplicableforordersineitherinch-poundunits(asSpecificationA615)orinSIunits(asSpecificationA615M).Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.
